Contest Winnings

The contest to make something finished a bit ago, and the winners announced, but unfortunately I’ve been too busy to really acquire everything and mail it out… until now!

In the end I decided that due to lack of entries the two disqualified entries (from Ryan and Jeff Jeff) would be considered valid. They will both receive whatever I could find that was both free/really cheap and could fit in an envelope. I will not say specifics.

Beth received a dinner at a gyoza restaurant, and the remaining monies were spent on getting the two people who weren’t disqualified–Bunny B and Alex–a bunch of junk. Instead of listing off what was sent, here’s a picture from before I packed everything up. There’s also some bonus (gasp!) stuff that’s not pictured here that’s also included.

Due to me forgetting the paper with Alex’s and Bunny B’s addresses at home when I went to the post office to mail everything off, their packages will be sent out tomorrow. Everyone else should get there’s within whatever the post offices decide.

Once again, thanks to everyone who entered, and I’m still up for holding a future contest if interest ever rears its head.

  1. Yay! Can’t wait to receive it :)

  2. My mouth is already watering.

  3. Thanks a bunch, man! It’s much appreciated!

By the way, I really enjoy this blog, especially since I’m into Japanese culture, but the writing is also very well-done.

I’d be in for another contest later on, with a legitimate entry on my behalf, too. =]

I have a blog myself that I update 4-5 times a month. Maybe you’d want to give it a brief read when you get a second?

Yeah…it’s a MySpace blog. Corny, but it works.

  4. Alright, Alex’s and Bunny B’s packages were sent via sea mail today. They should arrive in something ilke a month or so.

And thanks for the kind words, Jeff.
